Premier Title Company is a land title insurance company with offices in the Town of Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Vero Beach, Florida. Premier Title performs real estate closings for buyers, sellers and mortgage lenders and issues title insurance policies.

This site is third generation completed in 2005, having also created the previous two versions. The new site contains DHTML menus, JAVA application (Closing Cost Calculator©) and cleaner layout which emphasizes the main content and is surrounded by navigational links, as per the direction of the site's owner.

YAD Online

YAD, the Young Adult Division of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, is the nexus of a vibrant community of Jews in their 20s, 30s and early 40s. YAD offers many exciting ways to get involved and get connected, including: social events for singles, couples and families; volunteer service opportunities; travel to Israel and St Petersburg, Russia; educational programs; and leadership development opportunities.

The site, completed in 2006, was designed to minimize the reliance on outside support for maintaining content, database and images. The site is database driven with an administrative login page for updating information. YAD also utilizes an online calendar that is also easy for the site owners to maintain in-house as well as implementing a Flash powered Photo Album. This site was designed and maintained as a volunteer service for the YAD.

Established in 1925, Gunster Yoakley is one of Florida's oldest and largest full-service law firms. The firm maintains a strong presence in Florida with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach, Stuart, Vero Beach and West Palm Beach.

This is a third generation site completed in 2003, having been a part of the original site designs which won 1st place for the NLFMA (National Law Firm Marketing Association) Your Honor Award for law firm web design in 1997. This design features a mirrored spanish translation site, full site search, and Flash animated splash screen and historical tour of the firm.

Greyhound Pets of America, Florida Southeast Coast

Greyhound Pets of America is a 501(c)3 corporation organized and run completely by volunteers who are dedicated to finding responsible, loving homes for racing greyhounds who no longer qualify to compete at the racetrack.

This is a second generation site, scheduled for completion fall 2007, and is designed to be database driven and allows for ease of updating the site by the owners or other designated volunteers. The site uses Flash driven photo albums and DHTML navigational menus. This web site was designed and maintained as a volunteer service for the Greyhound Pets of America.

Robert E. "Bob" Mayo for County Commissioner

This site was for Robert Mayo who was seeking election as a Republican for Lawrence County Commissioner in Lawrence County Ohio. Completed in August 2006, the site was designed for accepting donations and volunteers for his election campaign.

This site was designed and maintained as a volunteer service for the Robert E. "Bob" Mayo election campaign. Although Robert lost the election, he insisted that it was not because of the web site but rather his lack of support.

Gender Dysphoria Organization

Gender Dysphoria Organization is a non-profit organization for the education and support of gender identity disorders. This site is a compilation of over forty years of experience and exhaustive research on the subject of gender dysphoria and transgenderism.

This site is slated for completion in winter 2007 due to the organization's difficulties in supplying the necessary materials for completion. The web design and site maintenance is a volunteer service by Melmark Graphics for the Gender Dysphoria Organization. This site utilizes an online forum that is moderated by the site's owner. When completed, the web site will offer a large repository of articles and data that can be searched using boolean and wildcard search. The logo was selected from several designs created by Melmark Graphics.
